Field Supervisor
$58–$75K / yr + bonus
Lead multi-crew residential projects from rough-in through final inspection. You'll manage schedules, coordinate with GCs, and own quality on every site.
- Texas Master or Journeyman license (Master preferred)
- 7+ years residential plumbing experience
- 2+ years field leadership or supervision
- Strong communication and scheduling skills
- Proficiency with project documentation
