River Oaks Estate Re-Pipe

The challenge

A 1960s-era River Oaks estate had original galvanized supply lines with severe corrosion causing brown water and low pressure. The homeowner needed the work done in under 5 days with minimal drywall damage.

The outcome

Completed the full PEX re-pipe in 4 days with 11 targeted access cuts — all patched before we left. Water pressure went from 28 PSI to 72 PSI. Zero callbacks at 6-month follow-up.
