Tanglewood Tankless Upgrade

The challenge

Replace two aging 50-gallon tank heaters with a single high-capacity tankless unit, requiring a gas line upsized from 3/4" to 1" and a new direct-vent penetration through an exterior brick wall.

The outcome

Completed in one day including gas line re-run and masonry penetration. Homeowner immediately noticed hot water at every fixture simultaneously — previously impossible with the old tanks.
